The building offers communal swimming pool with enclosed children's pool. Located in the centre of Gandia Beach, between the Colonia Ducal and the Bayren Hotel, in the immediate vicinity all necessary amenities and services. The flat is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and table setting. A pressure cooker, blender and electric toaster are not standard, so if any of these are essential, please bring them with you! Capacity 4/5 people. Groups of young people are not allowed. At the time of key collection, a deposit of 150 € must be paid to cover any possible damage or loss of keys. This will be returned when the keys are returned after the flat has been checked.
