The detached villa is accessed down a short side walk from Calle Hungria road. The front gate opens onto a large and sunny plot (520 sqm) with a secluded south facing swimming pool, heated in winter. The villa is located in the centre of the plot and sun is available all day long. The outside terrace has a comfortable seating area under a pergola which is ideal for a morning coffee or an early evening drink and the patio area is equipped with a new barbecue.
