The beautiful open patio is complete with a wooden shed as well as garden furniture and a traditional Canary fireplace not BBQ. The terrace is both covered and non-covered. Internet is good enough for video calls. No smoking in the interior of the house. There is video surveillance/cameras at this property. Alarm with photodetectors in the hallway, on the stairs and towards the bedroom window. By the way, the alarm is always off except when the house is empty. No parties or loud music allowed. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a smart TV. The holiday apartment also boasts a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. There is a photodetector alarm system located at the entrance door, it is only activated when there are no guests and the photodetector has a tab that the client can use so that there is no recording of any kind.
