Villa Piedra is a fantastic semi-detached country house situated in the beautiful area of Bóquer, close to Puerto Pollensa and its beaches. The property has been recently renovated, and during the restoration work the original layout of the house and the original decoration have been respected with taste and care. The property is surrounded by imposing mountains to the rear. It is a cool house, thanks in part to its thick walls, although it has air conditioning. The decoration is rustic in style, and even some of the furniture is original from when the property was first built. The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room. The kitchen combines a traditional design with modern fittings such as electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The ground floor communicates with the barbecue area, which is situated next to terraces with beautiful views towards the mountains. Next to the barbecue there is also an outside bathroom. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. There are two double bedrooms (one of them with an en-suite bathroom), a double bedroom, and a second bathroom. The garden and the pool area are really well laid out.
