Beautiful and cosy 65m2 flat with communal swimming pool, in perfect condition and with an excellent location, just a few metres from the sea, in Puerto de Pollensa. The property is located in Club del Sol, just a few minutes walk from the spectacular bay. The flat is located on the ground floor of the building. The cosy flat is distributed in two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower for 2 people. The spacious living/dining room has a large window to the terrace overlooking the garden which allows natural light to enter practically all hours of the day. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. It has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms and wifi included. It also has satellite TV in different languages: Spanish, English, German, French.... Puerto de Pollença is 1 kilometre away from the flat and is very well communicated if you don't want to take a car, at only 100 m there is a bus stop. The long sandy beach is 2 kilometres away.
