It offers a beautiful sandy beach with safe bathing. It is a short drive into the heart of Port Alcudia and also Can Picafort. Both of these long established resorts abound with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists, etc. There are several terraces. One of which is on the roof and offers impressive sea views. Another is located by the kitchen and is furnished with a dining suite and sun loungers. The interior is light, cool and exceptionally stylish. The open plan ground floor has a lounge area equipped with wifi, satellite TV, and large sofas. There are two floor to ceiling glass walls offering views to the garden. Close by is the dining area with an impressively large dining table. Fantastic minimalist house of 600m2, independent, 150 meters from one of the best beaches in the north of Mallorca. Playas de Muro is among the 100 best beaches in the world, specifically at number 17. An ideal villa to relax for families and groups of friends suitable for 12 people and babies. It has 4 bedrooms with double beds of 150cm and two others with two single bunk beds of 90cm each. Each bedroom has a separate wardrobe and a safe. The property has 2 bathrooms with shower tray 200cmx90cm wide and two separate toilets. On the ground floor there is a large living room with plasma TV with channels with different languages with free wifi and a magnificent open and fully equipped modern kitchen. All made with top quality materials. It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms. The swimming pool of 14m long by 2,80cm wide with a depth of 0,80 to 1,70cm is totally enclosed with stainless steel railing as a safety measure for the children. The terrace has a deck with sun loungers and hammocks for sunbathing and a large barbecue grill to enjoy the best Mallorcan meats.
