In the surroundings of the villa there are Beach Clubs, restaurants of Majorcan and international cuisine, a pharmacy and a large supermarket called Eroski. An ideal villa to relax with family and groups of friends suitable for 6 people and babies. It has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms with double bed of 150cm and another one with two beds of 90cm each. Each bedroom has its own independent wardrobe and has a safe. There are 3 bathrooms in the property, one on the first floor with bathtub, another independent bathroom and a bathroom with shower 90 x 90 cm. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with plasma TV with different language channels with free wifi and a magnificent fully equipped modern kitchen. It has air conditioning hot and cold in all the rooms and bedrooms. The swimming pool of 7 x 2,60 cm wide and a depth of 0,80cm to 1,70 metres is totally enclosed with stainless steel railing as a safety measure for the children.
