Mil Palmeras is a slightly older place. There is an apartment hotel. Otherwise houses and apartments are owned by private individuals and a large part are Spaniards. The beach runs parallel to the entire area. During the summer months there are a number of beach bars. The beach has lifeguards during the summer. In recent years, Mil Palmeras beach has managed to obtain the EU flag, which means that the standard is good, the water is clean and the beach is cleaned almost every night. There are grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, market and a dozen restaurants within walking distance....

The villa consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a terrace and a private solarium. The urbanisation has 2 communal swimming pools (one heated), children's playground and a beautiful green area. The villa is fully furnished and includes all appliances (including coffee machine and dishwasher), crockery, bed linen and towels. On the solarium there is a cosy area with barbecue.
