We offer for holiday rental spacious new built villa in gated community in the area of Villamartin (Orihuela Costa). The villa consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a terrace and a private solarium. The urbanisation has 2 communal swimming pools (one heated), children's playground and a beautiful green area. The villa is fully furnished and includes all appliances (including coffee machine and dishwasher), crockery, bed linen and towels. On the solarium there is a cosy area with barbecue. Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: the shopping centre La Zenia is about 10 minutes walk away. To the sea and the beach about three kilometres.
