The Ranch Studio in the beautiful small village of El Ferrer offers exceptional value accommodation for 1 or 2 people. Fully equipped with its own small private terrace, and shared swimming pool and hot tub. It boasts it's own private entrance, a parking space, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a double bed and sofa. There is also a small terrace with a small BBQ for outdoor cooking. It also has a washing machine, very useful for long stays. Right next door and in a quiet and secluded setting is the shared pool and hot tub. It comes fully equipped with all you should need for your stay, including bed linen and indoor towels. Please supply your own pool/beach towels and hairdryer if required. There is no TV. Houses are ready from 2pm on your day of arrival, and have to be vacated by 10am on your departure day. A basic welcome pack will be provided by us with a few essential ingredients, but there are many local supermarkets, though in Spain they are closed on Sundays, so if you are planning to arrive late on a Saturday, shop before you get here. The completely equipped open kitchen and a cosy dining-living room with fireplace are just the cherries on the pie of this fabulous rural house, where you will also find a bathroom with shower. Among all the facilities provided, you will have at your disposal air-con and electric radiators in the bedroom and in the bathroom. The house can accommodate a couple with a child, as the extra bed is for a child up to 10 years old. In the outside area, you will be delighted by the breathtaking views of the mountains, while taking a dip into the private swimming pool or enjoying some delicious wine on the little terrace, surrounded by every kind of scented trees and flowers. The paved access will let you get to the house without any problem, while the road's last 400 meters are perfect for parking your car. During your stay, you could bring your pets with you and make it enjoy the house. Please, note that you will be charged an extra fee of €50 for extra cleaning if you bring 1 or 2 pets....

This cortijo is a charming accommodation with wonderful views of the mountains and surrounded by a natural environment. It is located near the village of Órgiva, one of the villages that make up the beautiful Alpujarra of Granada. The accommodation is 30 minutes from villages such as Pampaneira, 40 minutes from Granada and 40 minutes from the beach. Every detail of the cortijo has been carefully taken care of, as can be seen in the covered porch with wooden beams, pellet cooker and high quality furniture designed for the comfort and convenience of the guests. Outside there is a large private swimming pool surrounded by lawn and vegetation typical of the area where we find a variety of fruit and olive trees, as well as a large lawn area where you can spend time with family and friends. To enjoy the views and relax, you can sit on the spectacular porch equipped with wonderful armchairs and sofas.The interior of the cortijo is divided into a spacious and modern living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds, all rooms are air-conditioned. The good taste, the materials, the care in the decoration and the equipment make Cortijo Villa Maroma an ideal place of rest and disconnection, where you can enjoy the privacy of a cortijo and good communications with the beach, the city and the Alpujarra....
