The small but cozy country cabin "Finca Nim 1" is located on a large farm in the mountainous landscape near Mogán in southwest Gran Canaria. The 30m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom (with shower) and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine (shared), a baby bed, a mini-cot and a highchair. The outdoor area features a private and partly covered terrace with seating furniture and a stone barbecue, while the communal outdoor area, which is shared with the homeowners and their children, has chickens and goats as well as a garden and a pool, surrounded by the wonderful mountain panorama. A bakery is 300m from the property, and in Mogán (3.5 km or a 5-minute drive), you will find a supermarket as well as some cafés and restaurants. The accommodation has limited parking, just in front of the building. The outdoor property, very bright and facing the sea, has a spacious and functional distribution, with a modern and elegant decoration that creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Renovated in May 2022, sustainability was carefully considered in the choice of materials and the layout of housing. One of the highlights is the view, thanks to a large bay window that opens like a fan and presents itself as a large balcony with ocean views. The window is covered with an electric blind with remote control that allows you to adjust the amount of light you want to let in. The living/dining room is equipped with a sofa bed chair in front of the smart wall TV, a dining table for four people with comfortable seats, where you can also work from the view. It's perfect for families. It can comfortably sleep 6 adults and 1 child but we prefer to keep it to 6 people or less. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds. We also have a baby cot and high chair if required. All the bedrooms are located downstairs with the living area, kitchen and balcony terrace upstairs offering great views.
