This cosy little house is situated four kilometres from the coast of Mogán, in the southwest of the island. The house is located on the ground floor of the same building as the Molinero Alto, which is on the upper floor. It is a studio type house where the different spaces are connected; on one side is the bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, on the other side is the living room with satellite TV and closer to the entrance is the kitchen. Outside there is a terrace with a small dining room and two sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful climate of Mogán. About 50 metres from the house is the swimming pool with solarium, which is shared with the rest of the houses on the estate. Puerto de Mogán, which is 4.2 kms from the house, is a seaside neighbourhood. Its marina is a meeting point for many international yachting enthusiasts.
