We are pleased to present you our nice summer villa with private pool in Calpe, Costa Blanca. This villa sleeps up to 4 people and has two bedrooms and one bathroom, all distributed on one floor. Inside the villa, you will find a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and access to the pool area. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with dishwasher and gas cooker. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned for comfort. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower. It is important to note that the upper floor of the villa is closed and uninhabited during the rental. Outside, the villa has a private 9x4 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool and an outdoor shower. There is also a covered area with a built-in barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. In addition, we offer parking space for two vehicles on the same plot.
