The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. The two bedrooms have a double bed each and also have air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. In addition, there is another bathroom with shower. Outside, the flat offers a nice area with communal swimming pool, roman steps and outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. There is also a tennis court available for guests, as well as a parking space for one vehicle. The location of the flat is privileged, as it is close to the sea and all amenities. The nearest rocky cove is only 750 metres away, and the restaurants and the centre of Calpe are 900 metres away. The nearest supermarket is just 350 metres from the flat.
