The 8x4m swimming pool makes it a perfect place to spend your most refreshing and peaceful holidays. On one side of the house there is a picnic area with a stone barbecue and the possibility of sheltering from the sun thanks to the awning over the table. Once inside the house, the two bedrooms are located along the corridor. Both with air conditioning, double beds and fitted wardrobes. Next to the bedrooms there are two bathrooms, both with shower. This beautiful Villa with garden and private pool, is located in the area of La Florida (Denia) and has a capacity for 4 people with 1200m2 of open plot in mountainous terrain. The property consists of 120 m², distributed in two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living-dining room and an open plan kitchen. It should be noted that all the rooms are equipped with hot and cold heat pump, which makes it an ideal accommodation for both summer and winter holidays. It also has WIFI. From the parking area with capacity for 2 vehicles we go down some stairs to the main floor of the house. Once inside the house we find the spacious living-dining room with Spanish and German TV, air conditioning and from its windows we can enjoy one of the best parts of this property, its sea views. The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need such as Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, all the necessary utensils, juicer, gas cooker, oven, etc. Next to the living-dining room there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and two lamps, as well as a built-in wardrobe where you can store your belongings.
