Spectacular villa in the outskirts of Inca This fantastic house for five people is located a few minutes from Inca, in the heart of Mallorca. It is perfect for a family and quiet holiday. The house has high quality finishes and an exquisite decoration, characteristics that will make your holidays wonderful. It has two bedrooms, one double and one triple, two bathrooms, one with a hydromassage shower and another with a whirlpool bath, a large living room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances. As far as the exterior is concerned, it has a large swimming pool, several furnished terraces, barbecue and parking area. In addition the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection. The house is very close to the highway, so locating it is very easy. This causes that from the terrace you can hear the noise of the cars, although it will not be a problem for your rest since the insulation of the house is of great quality. You are welcomed by a spacious living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and fireplace. Then you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with gas hob, oven and much more. To access the pool you have to climb 3 steps and open a small door, so the access for the youngest members of the house is limited. In the surrounding area there is 1 outdoor shower, a total of 7 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas to relax while sunbathing. Note that on the street where the house is located there are 2 electricity towers. These towers do not produce any annoying sounds. Within the property there is a paved area including the parking area which has a total of 380m2. In the exterior area of the house there are 2 porches, a 15m2 one at the entrance and a furnished 30m2 one where there is the fixed barbecue, sink; and where you can enjoy fantastic moments with your loved ones.
