In this country house near Inca 8 persons can spend their vacations, enjoy the rural environment and private pool. The 9x4m pool with a depth of 1 - 2m is however the protagonist of the outdoor areas. It is kept clean with chlorine and has child protection. On the pool terrace there are up to 8 sun loungers to enjoy the sun next to a lawn area where the children can play. Under the porch you will find a table for outdoor meals and right next to it a fixed barbecue. The 170m2 of the house are spread over 2 floors. On the first floor you enter the living - dining room, furnished in a rustic and functional style. In the colder months you can heat the living room with a wood stove. Sit down for a while to watch TV via satellite or gather your family and friends at the dining table for 6 people. From the dining room you access the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob and all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen has access to the terrace.
