The holiday home El Pastor is located in the beautiful valley in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, just seven kilometres from the village, in a secluded rural setting at an altitude of 600 metres. The nearest neighbour is a few minutes away, so you have plenty of peace and quiet. The house was built on the site of the old mill and bakery and can accommodate up to five people. You can see the river from most of the windows. The interior is simple and typical of this type of farmhouse in the area, not much has changed in the last 50 years since it was built. However, the facilities (electricity, running water, toilet, shower, fridge and cooker) have been installed to cover the basic needs in order to maintain the special Spanish character. The main door leads into the living room with access to the terrace, the dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven and microwave. A covered corridor leads to the first of the three bedrooms, which is located in a separate room from the house. A staircase in the corridor leads down to the shower and toilet as well as the laundry room with washing machine and iron. The accommodation is simple and typical of farmhouses and mills in the area, there is a good internet wifi connection.. The garden is planted with native plants including rosemary and lavender. There are various outside areas where one can relax and a short path takes you to the river (which powered the mill), where a waterfall has created a natural plunge pool and waterfall which is perfect for swimming in, on hot summer days.
