Renovated in May 2022, sustainability was carefully considered in the choice of materials and the layout of housing. One of the highlights is the view, thanks to a large bay window that opens like a fan and presents itself as a large balcony with ocean views. The window is covered with an electric blind with remote control that allows you to adjust the amount of light you want to let in.
