It is located on the third floor, as soon as you enter the Doñana building, take the elevator and descend to the third floor, the same elevator takes you directly to the beach. The accommodation has limited parking, just in front of the building. The outdoor property, very bright and facing the sea, has a spacious and functional distribution, with a modern and elegant decoration that creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Renovated in May 2022, sustainability was carefully considered in the choice of materials and the layout of housing. One of the highlights is the view, thanks to a large bay window that opens like a fan and presents itself as a large balcony with ocean views. The window is covered with an electric blind with remote control that allows you to adjust the amount of light you want to let in. The living/dining room is equipped with a sofa bed chair in front of the smart wall TV, a dining table for four people with comfortable seats, where you can also work from the view. The bedroom has two single beds of 0.9 meters wide, which can be reconciled according to the wishes of the travelers, and a dresser for storage, including suitcases....
