The exterior area is very nice, surrounded by nature, it featues a chlorine pool of 7 x 4 and a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.7, an equipped terrace, a furnished porch and a barbecue. The house of 190 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed on the ground floor and two on the floor -1, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower on the ground floor, and one with bathtub on the floor -1. The living room is very cozy, furnished in rustic style. It has two sofas, a TV-Sat, and a bookshelf. In the same space you can find a secondary lounge on a mezzanine. The dining room is equipped with a large table and chairs. The separate kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is a oil central heating throughout the whole house. The house is located next to the mountain, where you can make great walks in the nature. Fornalutx is a small and very charming village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. It has only 384 inhabitants, and retains the charm of authentic Mallorca. Lovely tradicional Stone house located in a peaceful villa with amazing views into the Tramuntana mountains( World Heritage) .The house has a combined living room/ dining room with open chimney in the ground floor. Next to this area is the fully-equipped kitchen( dish-washer, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, hob...) and a bathroom with shower. In the first floor there is another bathroom with shower/tub and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed(150x190) and the other one has two single beds (90x190). The house has wifi, SAT TV in the ground floor and spanish TV in one of the bedrooms, air conditioning warm/cold in the ground and first floor. The house is suitable also in the winter months. All the rooms in the house offer beautiful views into the mountains. The villa has many areas to relax surrounded by lemon, orange and centenary olive trees . It´s a pleasure to pick the oranges and lemons from the trees and drink a freshly squeezed juice while contemplating the Tramuntana landscape `close to heaven´. The villa has a terrace with sunbeds, many sitting areas for eating , covered terrace, barbecue area.... It is 10 minutes walking to the square village.
