The Agroturismo Cal Tio with communal pool is a very quiet place, surrounded by nature, animals and a small orchard. It is ideal for 2 adults Costitx is located in the centre of Mallorca and is characterised by being a family and rural destination. Every Wednesday there is a market in Sineu, just a few kilometres from Costitx. In the towns of Inca and Manacor you will find supermarkets, petrol stations and shops. The northern beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia, are about half an hour's drive away. A car is necessary. The agroturismo consists of four double accommodation units which share the swimming pool (size: 10 x 5 metres, maximum depth 1,60 metres), the barbecue and the applied terrace with sunbeds and sunshades. The pool has a shallow area of 2 x 5 metres and a depth of 30 cm. On the terrace of the flat there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy a long breakfast. Each accommodation unit has a terrace which gives access to the living-dining room with sofa, air conditioning, ducted central heating, satellite TV. The jacuzzi temperature varies between 15 and 43ºC. With a rustic appearance over the facade, the house offers inside a modern style on the contrary, but you will still feel the charm of a true home. When you enter, you find a comfortable living room with TV-Sat and air-conditioning, a shower bathroom and a dream-like dining kitchen. It has a full bathroom. The living room is very spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The exterior of the house has a porch with a table to have breakfast, or eat in the shade and enjoy the pleasant climate of the island surrounded by nature. In the barbecue area we have a relaxation area with sun loungers and a private pool for our clients to cool off on summer days.
