The exteriors of this terraced house feature a 7m x3m salt water pool with a depth ranging from 0.9m to 1.55m, surrounded by a garden with six sun loungers, where you can spend lazy afternoons. There's a furnished porch, ideal for a BBQ with friends. On the plot there's a chicken coop and you can use the eggs for cooking. The owner comes every day to feed the animals, so you won't worry about anything! A cosy sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV is nice to have family-dinners. There's a Majorca Style kitchen with gas hob and everything else you may need to cook up a feast. A laundry with washer, iron and ironing board can be find on the terrace. There's a shower bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds and A/C on the ground floor. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms with two single beds each and a shower bathroom.
