The 7*3*2 m chlorine pool with outdoor shower and a large terrace with views of the Serra de Tramontana. A barbecue fire in the outdoor area to delight your companions. You can enjoy playing table tennis or football on the property itself Inside the property is very cosy, all the rooms of the house are on the same level. The living room together with the kitchen will give you a spacious effect. You will be able to watch TV on the comfortable sofas. The kitchen space is fully equipped. The house is only 2 km from Costitx, a small village where there are some restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, a bank and a small supermarket. One of the charms of Costitx is its archaeological remains; it is, in fact, the Mallorcan town with the highest number of sites per square metre. There you can enjoy attractions such as Son Corró, a talayotic archaeological site. Costitx astronomical observatory, the first in Mallorca, is also a must. The nearest larger town, Inca, is a 15-minute drive and has all possible amenities. The jacuzzi temperature varies between 15 and 43ºC. With a rustic appearance over the facade, the house offers inside a modern style on the contrary, but you will still feel the charm of a true home. When you enter, you find a comfortable living room with TV-Sat and air-conditioning, a shower bathroom and a dream-like dining kitchen.
