The property is completely climate-neutral and located just above the market village of Órgiva, in a very quiet spot, surrounded by relaxing and refreshing nature in the evergreen "Las Alpujarras", the fertile southern slopes between the Sierra Nevada and the coast. This unique mixture of Moorish terraced cultural landscape and unspoilt mountain landscape is blessed with omnipresent sparkling water in springs, mountain lakes, wild streams, rivers and medieval Moorish irrigation canals. Wild nature, pine forests and gorges begin right behind the property. From the house you have unobstructed views over the mountains, the valley and the village and it offers the perfect opportunity to experience and enjoy authentic and genuine Andalusia. Órgiva is just 1km away and can be easily reached in a few minutes by car and just 10 minutes on foot.
