Die Villa Cervantes is a modern and grand holiday home in walking distance to the beach and the port. === Features === Ample and comfortable villa with a modern appeal. Villa Cervantes is a state of the art holiday home with upmarket interiors. Coming from the street, there are a few steps up to the main door and into the entrance hall and the living area with wide glass doors towards the covered terrace, and the pool. The complete living area, fully-fitted kitchen included, is open plan and offers a distant sea view of the Portocolom bay. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and has access to the side terrace, which is fitted with a dining table and chairs. Next to the kitchen is a pantry. Also on the ground floor, there are the three bedrooms, all with bathrooms en-suite. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer. The working hours are fixed from 21:00 hrs to 09:00 hrs. During the months of July and August times can be extended to a full 24 hours service on request and without paying extra. The air-conditioning in the living area is not available. Use of the first floor is not included in the offer. Beautiful finca with swimming pool for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Portocolom, only 3 km from the beach. The house is situated on a large plot of more than 3.000 square metres with garden areas, private swimming pool and for the youngsters a ping-pong table. We access the house through a large covered terrace equipped with a nice dining table and a chill-out area that connects us with the dining room and the kitchen. The dining room is very spacious and with plenty of natural light thanks to its large windows and has a sofa in front of the TV, a large dining table and a decorative piano (not tuned). The kitchen is located next to the dining room and is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware. At the back of the house there is a double bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with an extra large bed and a suite with extra large bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. The swimming pool is located on one side of the house and has 6 sunbeds, a sunshade, a porch with a table and a barbecue....
