Buger is a hilltop village in the North of Mallorca, a 30 minute drive from Palma and the airport. It is a very traditional village, protected from the tourist hotspots. Buger village has a small supermarket and a local bakery perfect for morning croissant or Ensaimada (Spiral pastry). Right next to the house is a bar on the church steps which serves and a small market sells fresh fruit and vegetables on a Saturday morning. The house is around 300 years old and built in the Mallorcan tradition with stone walls, exposed beams and simple, rustic charm. The two storey house comfortably sleeps 8 with 4 good sized bedrooms and 2 newly refurbished bathrooms (awaiting photos). 3 rooms have king size beds and one room has twins and a cot. A beautiful Mallorcan stone construction is the center of the estate, surrounded by beautiful corners of lawn and, in front of it, a great private salt pool, of 8.5 m x 4.5 m and with a depth of 0.6 to 1.7 m. It has an outdoor shower and toilet, as well as six sun loungers around it for sunbathing. And for your evenings, the porch invites you to prepare some tasty barbecues. The plot is fenced and the privacy is total. When you enter to the house, you find an impressive living room with satellite TV, open to the kitchen. This is equipped with gas cooktop, a table with chairs also to eat here and air conditioning. The laundry is an independent room and offers a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron. As for the rooms, all have air conditioning. Right here, you have three of them with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds.
