On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Villa Arenal is a superb villa 100 m from the Arenal beach, renovated with great flair and taste and semi adapted for wheelchair access with multiple ramps, automated stair-chair, adapted shower and washing facilities, and close to all the amenities and restaurants. The villa is pristine, with a lighted barbecue zone to the rear of the property, private swimming pool, independent and fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area with a table that can be extended to 2.40 m. There is a downstairs WC and a covered terrace overlooking the pool.
