The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. The decoration is in a rustic style and has furniture and antiques for sale. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a smart TV with streaming services. Both a crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (available between May 1st and November 15th), a garden and a barbecue. The villa Casa en Olivera a 3 km de la costa is located in El Perelló and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. A parking space is available on the property. Outside is a magical space as Mr. Cochera, the owner, is an avid gardener. The grounds are landscaped, with flower beds and olive trees, geranium pots and cute pathways. The pool is right beside a shaded barbecue area and sun patio. Come the evening, a cool breeze blows up from the sea and rustles the leaves of the trees. And if it gets just that little too hot in the evening, the villa is equipped with air conditioning. We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve. Villa Las Gaviotas is a wonderfully landscaped holiday villa that is really comfortable and well thought out. The huge pool and sun terrace have its own private pool house with fridge, lounge to relax, and shower room/bathroom facility. It makes being in the pool area ultra-nice and comfortable. The other great thing is that while the pool is located in the wonderfully landscaped gardens and near the villa, it is far enough away for you to sit in the conservatory and have a calm herbal tea while everyone plays water-polo. Villa Las Gaviotas is a large property with three reception rooms, an independent kitchen, four bedrooms and parking for five vehicles. It can accommodate up to eight people and there is so much space and nooks and crannies, it is easy to do just your own thing, read a book and do some work (if needs be!).
