Villa Coral is a contemporary three-bedroom villa with a west facing terrace and a private heated plunge pool. The villa has private access from the road and it offers parking space upon request for one vehicle right infront of the accommkodation. The villa is located in a enviable area next door to the Parador Hotel - just a short walk down to Burriana Beach and a 10-minute stroll into the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops within a short walk of the villa. Next door to our Villa Coral we have our Villa Calazul which sleeps 6 people. To the entrance hall area there is a restroom with toilet and wash basin and the open plan living room/diner and modern kitchen area. From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading out to the terraced area equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue for dining and relaxing al fresco. The small heated pool ideal for sitting and relaxing both at any time of the year has dimensions 113 CM X 355 CM and depth of 156 CM. On the lower level under the first floor there is a twin bedroom with separate shower room. On the 1st floor there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the king-size master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room. 'This lovely villa is located just a short walk from Nerja’s Burriana Beach. The area is known as Chiminea – Nerja’s prime residential area. It’s the perfect location for a family holiday being convenient for the beach and town centre, yet in a quiet area. There is a private heated swimming pool measuring 4m x 10m with plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture for al fresco dining. The views of Burriana Beach from this villa are fantastic. There are several open terraces from which to enjoy the sun and the views. There is a dining area and a built-in BBQ area by the heated pool for summer al fresco dining. Under the arches, next to the heated pool we have recently added a pool kitchen and a Moorish styled chill out area. Here you’ll find another dining area along with comfortable sofas to relax on, this is the perfect spot to chill out in during the summer evenings. The house has been recently refurbished and is very comfortably furnished throughout with high quality fixtures and fittings. A 10 min. drive to the beautiful beaches with snorkelling and the town of Nerja and close to Malaga, Granada and the Almijara and Sierra Nevada mountains. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The accommodation is situated in a rural area 2KM (10 minutes drive) from El Playazo beach, one of Nerja's most popular beaches and only 4.5KM (10 minutes drive from Nerja town centre).
