Spain Sun Rentals offers Villa Conchi exclusively to all our guests who are looking for a comfortable and beautiful villa with amazing views and a private pool. Villa Conchi offers air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms (hot/cold) and Wi-Fi. It is easily accessible from the motorway and only a few minutes from the Lidl supermarket, Nerja and the beach. Its unique position is enhanced by a large terrace overlooking the mountains and orchard fields, receiving sun all day long. This beautifully decorated villa has ample space for up to 6 people with one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and we could arrange a cot and high chair for a baby (request during booking). The interior offers good quality furnishings with the dining room connected to the kitchen by a large brick arched opening. The separate kitchen comes with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee maker. The swimming pool measures 6 metres by 4 metres with steps for easy access and comfortable sun loungers. Although this property is in a very good location, a car is recommended for visiting the town or the beach. There is a bus stop nearby and a taxi ride to Nerja costs only a few euros.
