Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within a few hundred yards making a car not essential. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds and one with 2x single beds), 1 bathroom with shower, comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. We have a private terrace suitable for eating or relaxing outside with dining area for 6 people and sun parasol. Sunbeds are provided for sunbathing around the extensive pool terrace. Villa Elsie is a private sea facing 3 bed Villa in a prime central location of Arenal with private pool and fabulous sea views. It is only 5 mins walk from the Beach. Perfectly situated with stunning views over the bay, all of the amenities of Arenal are only a few mins walk away. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms over the first and second floor. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 in twin beds, with fitted wardrobes and pool/garden views. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 in a kingsize bed, has partial sea views and fitted wardrobes. There is also a travel cot for babies. On the same floor is a spacious shared bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine. The master bedroom has a superking bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, safe and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The balcony provides beautiful views over the bay. The turquoise, mosaic tiled pool runs alongside the villa with ample sun loungers resting on a grass verge at the side of the pool. Ideal for al fresco dining, an arched patio with rattan furniture leads off from the lounge and dining room and with a traditional BBQ poolside, why not get creative and serve up some delicious tapas and Sangria in the sun. Inside, the lounge has a cosy vibe with warm, wooden beams on the ceiling and comfortable sofas, whilst a contemporary kitchen features all mod cons needed for a relaxing break.
