The Villas Vanessa and Ruth are two villas on a fenced property in the popular holiday resort of Cala en Porter. The villas are only rented together, so that your privacy is guaranteed. Each villa is suitable for 4 people and has a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a living room with satellite TV (British, German, Italian channels available) and air-conditioning. Further equipment includes Wi-Fi and a high chair. In the idyllic outdoor area, you can enjoy relaxing holidays thanks to the pool, barbecue area and covered terrace. The beach is a few kilometres away and can be reached either on foot (in 20 minutes) or by car (in about 10 minutes). The town centre with shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is 1.4 km away. Parking spaces are available on the street. Youth groups are not allowed (for groups the minimum age of all members is 25 years). Parties and events are not permitted....

If you are looking for a cosy and truly rustic country house in a spectacular setting, you will certainly not be disappointed with our fincas on the island of Menorca. These are located in absolute tranquillity but not far away, to be more precise, there are a total of three houses just a few hundred metres apart. This is the Finca ANTIGUA for up to 6 guests. The house offers on the ground floor on a living area of about 150 m² a living room with SAT-TV, a large open kitchen with dining area and a total of 3 double bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds) and 2 complete bathrooms. From the living room and the kitchen you have access to the covered terrace. The covered terrace has a brick barbecue and from here it continues to the sun terrace where there is also the private 32 m² swimming pool (step entry 1 m - 1.80 m) with sun loungers.... and from which you have an incredible 180 degree view over the surrounding landscape. The property is located just 3 km from the village of "Es Mercadal" and approx. 8 km from the beautiful beaches such as "Cala Fornells" or "Ses Salines". Back then, the houses were part of a huge dairy farm, which is why you can still see cows and sheep grazing in the fields.
