These self-catering cottages also locally known as casa rural are located in the heart of Las Alpujarras in the National Park in Sierra Nevada near Granada, Andalusia. The unique geographical location makes it ideal from the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean to the south and the Alhambra in Granada to the north. This cortijo (one of 3) is ideally situated for a couple looking for a break from it all. It is self contained with its own bathroom, kitchen/sitting room and one double bedroom. It has its own private terrace with seating, bbq, hammock and stunning views. It is set in large gardens with a wide variety of fruit trees as well as grassed areas and guests are welcome to wander wherever they like. It is only a short walk from the swimming pool. The large pool is filled from a natural spring water stream. Please note that the swimming pool is shared between this cottage and 2 other detached cottages but you will hardly ever find other people by the pool as often guests spend a day at the beach or visiting Granada or hiking locally.
