The villa has a double bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom has a ceiling fan. And on the ground floor, in the living room, an extra sofa bed for 2 additional persons. Fully equipped kitchen and a balcony to the amazing views of the Serra de Tramontana. You will enjoy a 150 mts garden. Sit and relax reading a book or having a glass of wine on one of the terraces (50 mts terrace on the first floor and 300 mts terrace on the ground floor). It is certainly a perfect place to enjoy a holiday in nature, enjoy a world renowned place and away from the noisy city. You will also have the company of a typical Mallorcan animal: a donkey called "Rosa", who is adorable. Please note that to reach the accommodation, you have to pass a cobbled road about 500 metres long, which may influence the choice of a rental car. Additional cost! The house has a well furnished living room and a fully furnished kitchen with all the equipment you might need during your holiday. At the rear of the house there is a little patio where you will find the laundry area and a barbeque. The house has satellite TV and WIFI. The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. There are three cozy bedrooms. The first comes with a double bed, closet, fan, skylight and a window to the kitchen. The second bedroom has a skylight (no window) and is fitted with a double bed, fan and closet. The third room with two twin beds has a window to the patio. There are two bathrooms with shower (no window but an extractor fan). The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it.
