Can Picafort is in the north of Mallorca and is famous for the sandy beach, good restaurants and leisure possibilities. In summer, it is a beach destination and a very lively place with many beach bars and shops. In the low season, you can go hiking, cycling and make different excursions or play golf on the golf course of Alcanada. Playa de Muro, an area of fine white sand is next to Can Picafort and stretches all the way to Puerto de Alcudia. A car is not necessary as you will find all essential services nearby. The terrace is beautiful because it has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The combination of the stone walls with the lively colours, the trees, the two sun loungers to enjoy a while under the sun, the built-in bench to enjoy a good reading and, the best of it all, the barbecue for the true professional chefs of meals alfresco. You can cook and enjoy the delicious recipes under the cosy little porch. Inside, there is an inviting living room with a sofa, two armchairs and air-conditioning, which is the perfect corner to watch the satellite TV, read one of the books of the house, or simply rest.
