We are pleased to present you our nice summer villa with private pool in Calpe, Costa Blanca. This villa sleeps up to 4 people and has two bedrooms and one bathroom, all distributed on one floor. Inside the villa, you will find a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and access to the pool area. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with dishwasher and gas cooker. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned for comfort. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower. It is important to note that the upper floor of the villa is closed and uninhabited during the rental. Outside, the villa has a private 9x4 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool and an outdoor shower. There is also a covered area with a built-in barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. In addition, we offer parking space for two vehicles on the same plot. The location of the villa is privileged, as it is within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants, approximately 650 metres away. The old town of Calpe is 1 km away. The nearest sandy beach is about 1.2 km away, and the famous Arenal Bol beach is 1.6 km away. It is important to note that we offer free WiFi so you can stay connected during your stay.
