El Corazon is a small holiday home without stairs and surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation. It offers a private pool and beautiful views of the sea, the surroundings and the Montgo mountain. Only 500 metres from the beach is this beautiful villa with private pool of 8x4m with roman steps, lawn area and covered parking. It has 500m2 of fully fenced land. The house has a covered terrace next to the pool with direct access to the interior of the house. Once inside we find the spacious living-dining room with satellite TV. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Further down the hallway is the first double bedroom with mosquito nets. Directly opposite is a large bathroom with bath. To get to the second bedroom you have to go upstairs, where you will find a double bed with mosquito nets and access to a small terrace overlooking the garden and pool. This beautiful villa very close to the beach has a garage, garden and private swimming pool, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The cosy accommodation is distributed in 60 m2 and is composed of a living room/kitchen/dining room open to each other, 2 bedrooms and a fully renovated bathroom. The house has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, as well as Wifi and satellite TV in the living room. On entering we find the lounge/dining area and kitchen, the latter equipped with all mod cons. Fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer. From the living room and the dining room itself, glass doors open onto the garden and pool area, all furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the place. There is also a barbecue.
