2 Old Chapel Cottages was originally part of a Methodist Chapel built in 1812, and is right next door to 1 Old Chapel Cottages. At the front of the cottage is a small enclosed seating area which is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The front door leads into an open plan living/dining area with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a log burner effect electric fire. The extendable dining table has four chairs. The compact but well equipped kitchen has everything you could need for your holiday: an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Through the kitchen you'll find a modern bathroom with walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Upstairs there are two beautiful bedrooms. One with a kingsize bed, and the other with 3' wide bunkbeds. The bunkbeds are better suited to one adult and one child or two children. There's also an upstairs WC and washbasin off the landing. The cottage is heated throughout with electric heating. Ketch Cottage is a pretty thatched cottage, one of a pair overlooking the village green in Winterton-on-Sea. It provides a perfect place for a family holiday, or a getaway at any time of year. As well as being five minutes stroll from the beach, Ketch Cottage is close to all the village amenities including the local pub, fish & chip shop, Dunes cafe, post office and village shop. The living room overlooks the village green and has ample seating with TV with a Sky Box that includes Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming. There is a wood burning stove (no fuel provided). Cupboard in the lounge has an iron, ironing board, travel cot, bassinet and highchair for guest use. Doors at the rear of the living room open onto the patio at the back of the cottage. Grayling House is a brand new three bedroom detached house with rural views. Tucked away down a quiet lane on the edge of Winterton-on-Sea, the house has been designed with comfort in mind. Downstairs there's a large open plan living area with a modern kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen has an integrated fridge and freezer within the island, electric hob and integrated oven and microwave. There's also a dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the kitchen. A separate snug has a two comfortable sofas and an armchair, a 55" smart TV and there's also a downstairs WC. Upstairs you'll find three stylish bedrooms, each with a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite shower room. The main bedroom has patio doors opening onto a terrace with views over the surrounding countryside. There is limited hanging space in each bedroom, but there are drawers under every bed for storage. Outside, the enclosed garden is gravel and laid to bark, landscaped with trees.
