The lodge is a Tingdene, which is 40 feet long and 20 feet wide. It has 3 bedrooms. Two are doubles with TVs (one of which is an en-suite, with shower). The third bedroom is a twin. There is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The living (sofa with 2 recliners, TV and fire), dining and kitchen (oven hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, dish washer and microwave) area is all open plan. From the living area there is a set of double doors opening out to the back and a private decked area, with views towards the North York Moors.
