Outside the property offers a large driveway for off road parking, front patio area with table and chairs and large lawned rear garden which is fully enclosed and safe to let your dogs explore. The large private hot tub is accessed from the rear garden and is in an enclosed area. The tub seats 4 and has a range of jets and mood lighting. The entrance door to the cottage leads into a handy utility area ideal for washing off muddy paws. The kitchen is well equipped and features a dishwasher, electric oven and full size fridge/freezer. The Boat House is a unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room. Fully centrally heated and completely renovated last year, the property has a wonderfully sunny patio where you can relax after a busy day exploring the area. The accommodation comprises of one large room upstairs which has a king size bed with two armchairs and a TV with a large inbuilt desk set under a window which looks out towards the Broad and the moored boats. This is a wonderful space for the budding writer or for enjoying breakfast. The original staircase (fairly steep) leads down to the kitchenette (please note no oven) and wetroom. The cabin is in an area that we call The Dell surrounded by woodland and fruit trees. You have your own kitchen in here with an oven, fridge (with small freezer in the top), pots ‘n’ pans, glasses & cups, knives & forks, plates, bowels etc…. oh and hot water!! Wifi is also available for free. You have the use of our heated luxury loo & shower block just across the track and you have a compost loo behind the cabin too. You are welcome to use the big fire pit in the dell & you also have a small fire bowl with a BBQ tripod just outside of the Cabin. All you need to bring is food, drinks, towels & toiletries. We also recommend bringing flip flops and dressing gowns for getting in and out of the hot tub! Some wood will be provided to get the wood burner going inside the cabin and enough wood will be provided to get the hot-tub up to temperature. The hot-tub wood burner will be ready to light and it takes around two hours to heat up. More wood can be purchased on site.
