This modern villa is situated in the exclusive Pla Del Mar area of Moraira and is a mere 500 metres from the centre of Moraira including its 2 beaches. Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned double/twin bedrooms with the main bedroom being en-suite. There is a further self contained en-suite twin bedroom downstairs and a sofa bed in the spare 'playroom' next to the living room. The pool is 10 x 6m and is surrounded by a gated balustrade for children's protection. An array of inflatables are provided along with outdoor tables, chairs and parasols. There are further tables and seats on the covered naya/terrace next to the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted as is the utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer etc). There is full Satellite TV including Sky Sports, CD and DVD plus WIFI. Ample off road parking....
