The traditional Ibizan house ‘Villa Dalt S Era’ is located in a quiet area near the town of Santa Gertrudis, in the centre of the island. Boasting a view of the mountains, the property consists of a living/dining room, a large, very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (1 en suite in the double bedroom and one large bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks) and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a game console and video games and children’s books and toys. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. In the house you will also find a children’s play area with 2 soccer goals and footballs. This makes it the perfect accommodation for families with children. The highlight of this property is definitely its private outdoor area with a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a pool and an outdoor shower. Description of the accommodation Casa Lorenso is a modern villa set in grounds with numerous palm and fruit trees. The pool measures 7 x 5 metres and there is a barbecue area and seating next to it. In front of the house on the left is a garage for one car. There is a separate entrance to this garage. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage. The villa is quietly situated in the countryside near the village of San Lorenso. The village of San Juan is not far away, where you will find a bank, restaurants, a chemist, a bookshop and a supermarket. The beach is at 7 km and Ibiza town at 15 km from Casa Lorenso. The open-plan living/dining room with kitchen is a bright and cosy space with fireplace, satellite TV and music system. Glass doors lead out onto the covered terrace with seating. In the kitchen you will find an electric hob, an oven, a microwave and a small dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a complete bathroom with toilet. Two bedrooms each have a double bed. The third has two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and TV, and access to a covered terrace with seating, which offers beautiful views over the pool and the mountains.
