Upon entry, you are greeted by the impressive living room and dining area which is beautifully lit thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass panels that gift you a stunning view and access out onto the terrace/pool area, and further out into the garden. An American-styled open-plan kitchen, equipped with all of your modern amenities as well as an electric hob on the centre piece makes the cooking experience an absolute delight. Of the 4 bedrooms, one is on the ground floor, the other 3 are upstairs. Every bedroom is bright and comfortable, ensuite and furnished tastefully to perfection. The bathrooms are all kitted with glass-paneled standing showers, whilst the Master Bedroom also boasts an additional long bathtub. Every bedroom also holds a lovely and double bed. This four-bedroom villa has an amazing swimming pool with a tropical fenced in garden. The villa invites up to 11 pax with sofa beds in some of the rooms for extra guests or children . It has a large covered terrace where guests can dine and lounge. The BBQ and small work-out area is just besides the main house. There are two living areas with sofas, two equipped kitchens and dining space for 11 guests. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two twin rooms. Bedroom Granada and Malaga have an extra sofa bed in the room and bedroom Sevilla is the master bedroom where 2 more beds could be accommodated. Two of the three bathrooms have shower while the third one also has a bathtub. Please ask for the floorplan if needed. Electricity is to be paid at the villa, 0.35 euros per kWh.
