Simple and cosy flat ideally located in a nice urbanisation with community pool. It is located above the bay of Cala Santanyi, about 300 metres from the sandy beach.

The entrance leads into a short hallway, with the open plan kitchen on the left and the two double bedrooms on the right. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The hallway leads to the cosy living-dining room, designed for 4 persons. The front covered terrace overlooks the pool area with thatched umbrellas and the surrounding garden. Here you can sit comfortably and relax. There are also two sun loungers and a parasol as well as an electric grill. Both bedrooms have a 180 x 200 cm double bed and fitted wardrobes, as well as a fan in each. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace.

Just next to the communal area there is a children's playground and parking spaces. The sandy beach of Cala Santanyí, a small and popular family cove, is only a 5 minute walk away. In Cala Santanyí there is a small supermarket and several attractive restaurants. During the winter, however, you have to go to Santanyí for shopping and eating.

The final cleaning costs 96€ and is charged separately, as is the obligatory tourist tax.
