- Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation.
- Online registration is required at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information in this regard.
- Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou
