About the House
Sa Trona Beach House features six bedrooms, making it ideal for groups of up to 12 guests. The house is thoughtfully divided to offer both privacy and communal spaces for larger groups
Upper Floor: Here you will find three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a spectacular sea view.
Ground Floor: The ground floor also comprises three bedrooms, a second kitchen, and another cosy living area, making it easy to accommodate families or friends while providing separate spaces to relax.
The terrace is a real highlight, where you can enjoy your breakfast with a breathtaking sea view or unwind in the evening with the sound of waves. With air conditioning throughout the house, it is comfortable all year round, and during the off-season, you have the option to rent only the upper floor for a more intimate experience.

The house is located in Cala Santanyí, just a few steps from Cala Santanyí Beach, 2 km from Cala Llombards, 5 km from Cala Figuera, and 7 km from S'Amarador Beach—all offering unique beach experiences and water sports opportunities. A small supermarket, cafés, and various restaurants are within walking distance from the house. Due to the location, we recommend renting a car, at least during trips in spring and autumn.

Indoor and Outdoor Areas: Garden, enclosed terrace, barbecue, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and outdoor parking.
Kitchen Equipment: Each kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and necessary cooking utensils.
Bedding and Supplies: Bedding, towels, and beach towels are provided, as well as initial essentials like kitchen detergent, 1-2 dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 bin bags. Bathrooms are equipped with hand soap and a few toilet rolls to help you get started. If you arrive late or need food for arrival, please let us know, and we will be happy to help.
What is in the House?
Bedding and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic supply of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 bin bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. Toilets have hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for basic equipment, please feel free to ask.

According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not collect these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in such cases. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
