Villa Esteban (bungalow no. 4) is part of a small bungalow complex (Jardin del Sol) and is located just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful gently sloping sandy beach of Playa Flamingo.
A communal pool is also available.
Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, bus stop, doctors, pharmacies, as well as bicycle and car hire are also within walking distance.

Villa Esteban has two bedrooms, a living room with open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with large shower.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, the second bedroom has two single beds and also a large built-in wardrobe.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a hairdryer.
In the living room there is a flat-screen TV with German, English and Spanish channels.
Streaming-capable WLAN is available.
The open-plan kitchen contains a ceramic hob, high oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The large fridge-freezer offers the possibility to stock up on larger purchases at a reasonable price, there is also a cool bag (incl. cold packs) to take drinks etc. to the beach
A safe is also available.
For the little guests there is a baby cot and high chair, as well as a handcart and digging equipment.
On the all-day sunny terrace, you can start the day with an outdoor breakfast,
relax on the loungers, sunbathe and enjoy a nice barbecue and play a round of darts with the existing dartboard and arrows.
A Bluetooth box is also at your disposal.
The advantage of the bungalow is the walking distance to the beach and the quiet location.
Despite this, everything you need is within easy reach in the immediate vicinity.
The beautiful Papagayo beaches can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
