Juan de Mena holiday rentals apartment studios are located within a brand new building. They are very modern and cosy.

The two Juan de Mena penthouses feature magnificent terraces/solariums with views of the city.

They both have their own bathroom and separate kitchen, with all the necessities to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Even though these apartments are the most economical ones we offer, you will still find everything you require and still enjoy all of our personalised services.

These studios are located within a brand new building, in Calle Juan de Mena, only 800 metres from Calle Larios and 300 metres from the historical center of Malaga in Costa del Sol.

It is an ideal location for those who wish to have everything on hand but have a tighter budget.

Calle Larios and Plaza de la Constitución are only 800 metres away.The Cathedral, Alcazaba and Roman Theatre are less than 1 kilometre away. Cervantes Theatre, Carmen Thyssen Theatre, Picasso’s Birthplace and The Picasso Museum are only 500 metres away.

The port is less than 1 kilometre away. We recommend you not to leave Málaga without visiting the new port area Muelle Uno, which, thanks to recent improvements, has been converted into one of the most selective promenades.

Regarding public transport, you can get to Juan de Mena by bus or car, because there are more parking facilities in this area than in the historical centre.

Picking up the keys: access to the apartment with code. We will send it to you the day of arrival.

You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).

All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.

A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
