Málaga is not only beach and sun. Although these factors are very welcoming, this city is a true box of surprises.

It has the sea, the mountains, art, amazing architecture, centenary ice-creams, embers in the sand but, above all, joy and fun. Málaga is a city which gathers all the best from the Andalusian Mediterranean.

From the apartment you can get to everywhere very easily. Just 68 metres away is the Wine Museum, a place where history, culture, art and learning about local wines merge together. 500 metres away is Picasso’s Birthplace Museum, where the rooms housing the Permanent Collection of the Picasso Museum of Málaga have been renovated, gaining in proximity and in information on the works of Pablo Picasso. This Museum shows all of the eras of the local artist.

The Cervantes Theatre is located 600 metres from duplex apartment Viento Terraza and it is renowned for the countless number and wide variety of activities held within. The cultural offer is endless.

The main city sites are very close by, such as the Cathedral of Málaga, which is 700 metres away and is one of its major attractions. Both entrance doors are wonderful, the main one being in Plaza del Obispo, which houses the Episcopal Palace, and the other to the side in Calle Císter, a charming and historic street. From whichever door you choose to access, you will find some fantastic bars where you can try some local wines.

From Plaza de la Constitución, 500 metres away from the apartment, you can access many other monuments and sites of interest, such as The Thyssen Museum of Málaga, the Alcazaba and the Roman Theatre. The Port is approximately 1.9 kilometres away, which equates to a less than 20 minute walk, and from here you can get to La Malagueta Beach, 200 metres away from the end of the Port. At the end of the Port you will find the renowned Muelle Uno, which is a new concept of al fresco commercial area housing all types of shops, bars, restaurants and bazaars, all with breathtaking views of the Bay of Málaga.

The airport is 13 kilometres away and train station María Zambrano is 3.8 kilometres away.

Duplex apartment Viento Terraza has a maximum capacity for 6 people. The apartment benefits from high ceilings and a modern and comfortable design. It is also very bright. The ground floor comprises of a living / dining room with open plan kitchen including all the necessary kitchenware and appliances for short and long stays: microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, electric hob, kettle, etc. The bathroom is very comfortable and practical and it has a spacious shower with shower screen, plus storage space. On the same floor there is a bedroom with large double bed. There is wooden flooring throughout and balconies facing outwards.

On the first floor, which is accessed via a pretty wooden staircase, you will find the second bedroom, also a double bedroom. It has a vaulted ceiling with wooden beams and a bohemian style. From here access is gained to the terrace, which gets the sun most of the day.

You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).

All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.

A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
