Our impressive holiday apartment Victoria 32 Bajo is located in one of the most symbolic and central streets of the city of Málaga: Calle la Victoria. La Victoria is one of the most historic neighbourhoods belonging to the central district of the city of Málaga. It is located at the foothills of Mount Gibralfaro, which is about 800 metres from the apartment and was built in the fourteenth century to house troops and protect the Alcazaba. The Alcazaba is one of the most visited monuments in Málaga where you can wander around its ramparts that boast breathtaking views of Málaga, or visit its Interpretation Centre to learn about its history.

A few metres away from the apartment is Plaza de la Merced. Picasso was born in this plaza located in the heart of Málaga and, in fact, here you can visit the Birthplace Museum of Pablo Ruiz Picasso which contains works of the artist and, additionally, some of the rooms have been preserved as they were when the artist lived there. It is a truly interesting site not to be missed.

From Plaza de Merced a street called Calle Alcazabilla leads off, which will lead you to the Roman Theatre, located at the foothills of the Alcazaba, 400 metres from apartment Victoria 32 Bajo. The Roman Theatre is one of the surviving symbols of Roman Spain in the city. It has a modern interpretation centre located to the side, where you can learn about the life and customs of the era by means of modern technology. Its primitive use has also been restored as shows take place inside.

As you can see, the apartment is very close to all the monuments and sites of interest within the historical centre of the city of Málaga. 500 metres away is the Flamenco Museum, in Calle Ramón Franquelo. 750 metres away is the Cathedral and Cathedral Museum. The Thyssen Museum is 900 metres away.

You cannot leave Málaga without taking a stroll along Calle Larios, main commercial street of the city. It boasts a variety of attractions ranging from gastronomic options to important museums. It is suitable for taking a walk with the family, with your loved one, with friends or on your own.

The apartment is very well communicated. In Plaza de la Merced you will find taxi ranks and along the street where the apartment is located there are several city bus stops.

La Malagueta Beach is just a 10 minute walk away, by walking under the Tunnel of the Alcazaba. The airport is a 20 minute drive away.

This apartment has a maximum capacity for 5 people and it is very modern, comfortable and boasts a very attractive and contemporary décor. The kitchen is open plan to the living/dining room. The kitchen is fabulous, offering lots of storage space and fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances: fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

A solid wooden table separates the kitchen from the living area. The living area has a leather L-shaped sofa which has a button to adjust the position so you can choose the most comfortable one to watch the large TV or have a siesta (traditional afternoon nap in Spain).

From the living area access is gained to the terrace, which is a little over 20m2. It has outside furniture where you can sit and have an afternoon coffee or evening meal in summer. The apartment is very tranquil as it has an interior patio and you cannot hear street noise.

It has 2 shower rooms, one being en suite to one of the bedrooms and the other being a family bathroom with shower screen located in the hall. There are 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. Additionally there is a pull out bed should you require it. The showers are great and they have large shower heads and rain shower effect.

Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21.00, you will have to pay a supplement of 30 euros from 21 to 24 hours and 50 euros from 24 hours.

You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga) for Check-in is done in our office.Please do not forget to come earlier as all guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.

A refundable deposit of 150 euros will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
