Wonderful duplex penthouse in the center of Malaga for 4 people in one of the most popular areas of the city, the Soho area, right in front of the Soho Theater by Antonio Banderas.
It is an apartment with a bedroom with a double bed and skylights on the roof with sloping ceilings, beautiful and very romantic. The whole apartment with wooden floor, which makes the duplex very warm and cozy.
It has a bathroom with shower and a living room with integrated kitchen with all the appliances you may need: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker ... On the upper floor open, it has an individual futon and a single sofa bed. Ideal for families and friends.
Air conditioning. Iron and ironing board.
The apartment is one step away from all the most visited places in the city of Malaga, next to the Port and the 'Alameda Principal' (urban bus stops).
You will not find a better location.
Bright cosy duplex located in the historical center of Malaga, in the beautiful Soho district. It is in Calle Córdoba and only a few minutes’ walk away from Calle Larios (the main street in Málaga), Plaza de la Constitución and the newly refurbished port area Muelle Uno, with its magnificent Pompidou Museum and surrounded by hundreds of trendy shops (Zara, Massimo Duty, Adolfo Domínguez, etc) and a wide range of restaurants and bars.
Pets are accepted. 30 EUROS per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet KitRules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noise.
Note
Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
