Charming semi-detached house, perfect for your family holidays in Salou, only 2 minutes walking from the beach of Cala Crancs and 10 minutes from the beach of La Pineda.
Crancs Cove, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Salou, is surrounded by cliffs and nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, toilets, sun lounger hire, lifeguard and a beach bar with one of the best mojitos in Salou :)
DISTRIBUTION
The house is part of a residential complex of 24 semi-detached houses arranged in several blocks, all sharing a fantastic communal area of over 3,000 m2 of gardens with lawn and swimming pool.
From the communal area there is direct access to the beach via a small path, but if you are with very young children we recommend accessing via the street, where the slope is gentler.
The house can accommodate up to 7 people and has 2 floors connected by an internal staircase
The ground floor has
- Terrace with stunning sea views of about 20 m2.
- Pleasant living-dining room with access to the large terrace and small private garden with sea views. There is an extra bed for the 7th person.
- Open plan kitchen with window to the communal area.
- On the first floor we find
- Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and exit to terrace with nice sea views.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds with fitted wardrobes and sea views.
- Bedroom with double bed with fitted wardrobes.
- Full bathroom with shower.
- 2 air conditioning units: one in the living room and one in the hallway on the first floor to cool the rooms.
- No group bookings for young people.
- No pets.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
- Optional Wi-Fi for only 5€/day. Add it at the end of your booking.
- Privileged location.
- Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation.
- Online registration is required at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information in this regard.
- Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou
